Our in-studio groups are limited to 8 students to give you the most attention possible. Join our fun and challenging group fitness classes led by experienced instructors and coaches. Jen, Slava, and Colleen bring many years of experience, education and passion for fitness. They alternate instructing to ensure you enjoy various exercises using different training styles. Class size is limited to ensure your success!
Travelling or can't make it to the gym? Jump on Zoom and don't miss a workout. Our online whole-body conditioning sessions include balance, core, strength training, and intervals.
You only need Zoom and your body—if you have a mat, a band, and some weights, that's even better! Your instructor is Colleen, who has mastered online training since Skype was a thing! Gather a group and create a new time if you want!
