Personal Development · Workshops & coaching

Sometimes the work isn’t physical.

You can be strong in the gym and still feel stuck everywhere else. These workshops are about the other kind of training — looking honestly at what’s holding you back, and building a plan to move past it.

After more than two decades of coaching, one thing has become obvious: the thing standing between people and what they want is rarely a lack of information. Most of us already know what we should do.

What holds us back is usually something older, quieter, and harder to name.

An old belief. A habit that once protected us. A decision made years ago that we never went back and questioned. These things grow quietly, and they wrap around everything we try to build — in our health, our work, our relationships.

This work is about finding them, naming them honestly, and clearing the ground so something new can grow. It’s practical, not mystical. You leave with a written plan, not a warm feeling.

Signature workshop

The Vines That Bind Us

Do you want to be free? What is actually holding you back — in life, in work, in health? This workshop helps you find your “vines,” pull them out at the root, and plant something better in the space they leave behind.

1

Find the vines

Identify what’s actually holding you back — the beliefs, habits, and old decisions running quietly in the background. Naming them is most of the work.

2

Clear the garden

Use practical tools to pull them out at the root, rather than trimming the same problem back every year and wondering why it returns.

3

Plant something new

Put new thoughts, decisions, and plans in the cleared ground — and leave with them written down, not just felt.

Ways to do the work

In a group, or one to one.

Some people do their best thinking alongside others. Some need a room with one door closed. Both work.

Vision & Plan of Action

Take stock of where you are right now — what you love about it, what you don’t, and why. Then think big: build a vision board, set real goals, and develop a plan of action you’ll actually follow. Useful for a life change, a career shift, or a business at a crossroads.

Private coaching sessions

Prefer to work through it privately? Book individual coaching to dig into your own situation — goal setting, decision making, or simply thinking out loud with someone who’ll ask better questions than “how does that make you feel?”
