Since we are dedicated to your success and have a sincere interest in your wellbeing, we only offer small group Personal Training rather than large groups where there is a high risk of injury and a low opportunity for proper form and assistance. And since we are wary that COVID-19 may have a resurgence, we prefer to continue social distancing with no more than 5 clients.
We offer many years experience and education so you can enjoy customized training of almost any type. You are welcome to join an existing group, ask for a partner or create a new group to reach specific goals such as sport-specific training, rehabilitative, weight management goals and more!
With recent Zoom security enhancements you will need to register for each class and acquire a meeting ID and password. Send a text or email to RSVP and you will receive the invite.
